Inspections

Patriot CRC conducts required inspections in accordance with OSHA, ASME and Manufacturers standards to ensure industry compliance.

Crane
Inspections

A crane inspection tests the safety and functionality of a crane. Because cranes lift and lower such heavy loads, using a crane daily on a job can wear down parts quickly. Having a trained inspector look at your crane will help you identify things that are not up to standards and issues that need to be fixed.

Rigging and
hardware Inspections

A visual inspection shall be performed by the user or designated person each day before the rigging hardware is used. A periodic inspection shall be performed by a designated person, at least annually. The rigging hardware shall be examined and a determination made as to whether they constitute a hazard.

Below the hook
Device Inspections

A below-the-hook lifting device is defined as a device that is used for attaching loads to a hoist. It may contain components such as slings, hooks, rigging hardware and lifting attachments.

Load Testing /
Proof Testing

What Is Proof Load Testing? A proof load test involves applying controlled force for a definite time interval to a load-bearing equipment. Specially designed hydraulic cylinders with independent load cells are used to get a proper insight of the force exerted over the material.
